Welcome to Our
Graduation
Presentation 1
The JCC’s Early Childhood Department has been
carefully and professionally planned to enhance your
child’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual
development. We believe that infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers
thrive in a non-structured atmosphere that encourages
learning through exploratory play, self-motivation and
creativity. Each of our groups affords mothers the
opportunity to discuss child rearing issues with an
experienced professional. It is our belief that infants
and young toddlers need to share their excitement,
discoveries and disappointments with their moms. In all
of our infant and young toddler groups mothers stay in
the same room with their children. In our Transition to
Separation groups, we encourage a gradual separation
from mother as each child learns to experience his/her
independence. All of our equipment is age appropriate
and challenges the child’s developing fine and gross
motor skills. Children learn through their play and
engage in a variety of activities including: arts and
crafts, music and movement, singing, story-telling and
cooking.
All snacks, prepared and provided, are strictly
Kosher.
